the fitment will depend on your choice of installation. stock crossmember or mount kit, most mount kits will clear. We offer the down pipe.

My mount kit didnt clear, had to cut the stocker and weld piping into it, then bend it around the steering shaft.

Will be redoing sometime though, its kinda janky.

i bought a stock pipe that was modded like skillzilla said, and it didnt clear on my swap. i ended up buying a pipe from a guy in australia. its top quality and the price was reasonable. in an s14 at least, using the r32 crossmember, the stock elbow probably won't clear.

Wow, I did the same Ghettoness tooI cut a hole in the Stock 02 pipe, then i cut out a pipe fliped it so the concave part was on the outside (providing a "tunnel" for the steering shaft) It's gonna kill the flow of my exhaust but its just something to get me going, plus it was FREE

tophat mounts into kouki s14...stock piece does not even come close to clearing. all the grinding in the would would not have made it fit.the ebay piece does not fit unless you cut it in half.obiviously it will be different on an s13, but this was my solution.

Nice, but only one thing that may cause a problem. When the engine rocks side to side it may hit, is there enough clearance. Cause I noticed that the top hat mounts could use some stiffer rubber.

i'm currently using an r33 crossmember and have no issues with the steering. I do have an issue with the hood however. I'm currently saving up for some Core mounts so I can get everything set up properly, but the r33 might work for you :P at least in the s14 that is...

yeah, it sounds like poo, except at full boost. I'm planning of mergeing the dump tube back into the downpipe, but I need to find/make some small enough flanges first.

I'm at 3000 miles now give or take, and it has not contacted the steering column yet. I don't think there will be an issue as there is about 3/8 inch of clearence on each side, and being so far down on the motor, there is not much movement down there....
