edit: new problem, I was able to connect the consult port but the car sounds like its misfiring and its running really rich now, I don't remember having this problem before I started wiring the dash and everything that I cut went to a plug already so I dont know what the problem would be any help on this would be great too. thank you for your time.

video of the problem

im trying to wire in my tach and other dash cluster connections but I cant find some wires, I see no yellow/ blue as indicated on many of the swap guides that have been posted on nico and when I look at pin seven there is a brown wire instead of the yellow/ blue this has been a re occurring problem and is my only set back, the car starts and runs fine I just haven't had the time to wire the dash until now. im having the same problem when Im trying to wire in the consult obd1 port, some of the wire colors are just not there pin 7

yellow/ red leads to pin 20 I thought it was tach signal because of the plug it was on, but found out it was not after I unwrapped the harness

any help would be great, and there is a possibility that I am an idiot and cant read directions for s***

I think that I may have been looking at the ecu plug the wrong way plug 7 appears to be a yellow/ red on my harness and I cant find check engine red/ white and I still dont know if any of this works.

http://www.apexi-usa.com/content/pdf6119.pdf Look for the N4-B diagram. It says its the 4th going left from the bolt on the top. This is looking at the plug from behind where u bolt it down.

It is a yellow red, I believe carl H has a write up in the rb20swap guide for the cluster, thats what i used and mine works flawlessly, it is also refered to in rb collected data, as well as a quality pin out diagram, Hope this helps, as for the misfire could be many things but sounds like u spiced into an injector wire on the harness to the ecu.
