Sounds exactly like a bad coil pack. I used to drive my car about 10mins, and then it would miss really bad. Then I replaced coil pack, all was better. Do an ohms reading when they are hot. When they cool down again they will read ok. Other than that I would rechceck all connections inside the boot of the coilpack, the connectors themselves, and all of the grounds in and around the coilpacks and ignitor chip. There is a ground on the #6 coil pack hold down bolt (12mm headed one) that needs to be connected as well. This particular ground was my problem and the reason I went through coil packs all the time. Took me 6months to find it.. grr......
those 2 grounds.. 1 grounds to a 12mm bolt under the cover. ground it to one of the bolts that bolts that hold the coil brackets down they are 12mm's240love wrote:
