Hey guys, so my RB20 in my S13 is running at about 200 Degrees F (80-90 Degrees + outside where i live). In winter it runs consistently at 195 whether idle or driving. Got an oil cooler and looking for some FAL fans to help with my cooling. The most recommended I've run across so far are the FAL 220. The dimensions fit nearly perfect on my Radiator EXCEPT they are 2.625 inches thick and i only just barely have 2 inches of space between the Rad and the Crank Pulley. Now the KA24DE has a 2 piece Crank Pulley and i was wondering if anyone knows if the RB20 Crank Pulley is the same? Would give me that inch of clearance i need for these fans since the front belt is I believe for AC which I'm not running. If I have to i guess i could cut out the Rad Support and get a new rad support welded in that allows me to push my radiator forward a few inches. Currently have 2 dinky 10 inch fans (1 push 1 pull) and really want dual pullers. i have 1 bottle of Water Wetter in my radiator but that didnt help at all... might have to use more. Going to be spacing my hood at the rear (though it doesn't help much I'll take anything at this point) I have a CXRacing dual core radiator also. Any other cooling ideas? Thanks guys.

cut the support a little so the top of the radiator will tilt forward should give you a little more clearance in the S13. In the S14 you can cut more and move it forward with enough room to run a fan clutch.

I put an oil cooler on the car and its running at 195 (only drove to the gas station and back). When I get on the throttle though it actually cools down. Does this mean I am probably ok temperature wise? I'm still wanting to upgrade fans just incase and I'm going to ask a guy at work to help me with some ducting for the radiator. I want to run the clutch fan with a radiator support like this

Without the v mount obviously just the radiator support. Going to ask my buddy from work to help out with that also. Hopefully by that point my car will be running as cool as possible!

Also my throttle body seems to be sticking. It idles right but when I get on the gas and let off it sits at 1500-2000. If I pop the hood an press down on the throttle it goes back to normal. The cable is set too loose ATM to try to avoid this dunno if that would cause it. Does the throttle body just need to be cleaned?
