i recent bought a clutch masters stage one clutch for my rb20. yesterday i was getting ready to put my motor back in the car and went to put my clutch on. none of the dowel holes lined up for the pressure plate neither did any of the bolt holes. i was curious if anyone else ran into this problem i called clutch masters and they told me it was the right pressure plate. im curious if anyone ran into this problem. or if anyone might have a rb20 flywheel sitting around that they could take a picture of i cant find any pictures of a stock rb flywheel. thanks alot.

Did you try rotating the pressure plate around to see if the dowels have a particular spacing? I know on my SR pressure plate, it will only bolt up in one particular orientation. Any other way and none of the dowels line up.

Also, moving this to the RB section

I had the same problem on my 92. turned out the flywheel was off a stanza. I bought a stanza pressure plate and it worked ok. Don't know if the flywheel was stock or someone swapped it out years ago. Take your old pressure plate and see if it matches up. If not go to a parts store and see if it matches a stanza plate.

took me forever to figure it out.

yeah i had the same problem when i was putting my rb into my car i bought a stage 3 its was for a rb20/rb25 got in tried to fit it in the bell housing way to big did'nt even fit my flywheel turns out i ended up using my old stock ka24e clutch untill i could order one my mech at neotech here in santee told me its the same as a ka24e only difference is the rb has a strong pressure plate .... which if you buy a stage 1 or higher from a name brand it should'nt matter hope this helps
