Ok so I have no brackets for lifting the engine.

there are a few bolt holes on the side of the head, but I am still confused about where to put a bolt in at for hooking up the chains.

On the front of the engine, do you hook the chain to the exhuast side of the head, or to the intake side of the head?

I am assuming the back of the head will have a chain hook up location on the opposite side from the front, correct?

Any detail would help,Thanx

Ditto to what Jon said. front-intake, rear-exhaust. There are two holes on each side, irrc.

If like me you didn't have any bolts in those holes, you can pull some off of the old KA motor. I drilled holes in brackets and bolted them to the motor, then I connected the chains and put the motor in.
