I am thinking about getting an rb20 and had a few questions. If I get one and I replace the gaskets, hoses, and whatever needs replacing and upgrade just the turbo, fuel system, and get a tune would I be able to hit 350whp with an all stock motor besides what im upgrading.

You can use the stock 5 speed drive shaft, but a one piece would be nice.

Which turbo should I get? Will 550cc injectors be good or should I get bigger? I plan to tear the motor down completely and get everything cleaned and resurfaced and make sure everything is perfect before I put it back together. If there is anything else yall can think of please let know.

550cc should be good for your power goals. Your turbo choice would depend on your manifold. If you stick with the stock manifold, you could get a hyper gear turbo. It's internally wastegated but is rated at 450hp and connects to stock elbow and and outlet pipe.

Is there anyway to keep my stock cross member or do I have to get an r32 crossmember?

Aftermarket mounts from Mckinney Motorsports are made to be used with the stock usdm crossmember.

The turbo will most likely be a hit-or-miss on quality, the manifold doesn't look like it flows well, and that kit doesn't include a wastegate. For a couple of hundred dollars more, I'd just get the hyper gear turbo; it's good quality, less parts to buy, and will get you to your power goal.

Its a t3 flanged t28 with ball bearings and a ceramic exhaust wheel. Nice turbo for a stock motor, but shouldn't go over 13psi.
