Rb20 and Rb25 wiring harness ???

Are these harnesses interchangable? Can i use a rb20 harness on a 25.

Nope, not even close. Sorry completely different animal...

No VVT onthe Rb20 for starters.

looking at the ecu pinouts for the rb25 on meggal.com , i cant find anything for the vvt. What actually controlls it, oil pressure?

you can if you swap out all the nessecary sensors btwn the two engines

Injectors are different. You would need to swap fuel rails and injectors, all the sensors, not even worth the hassle....TOTALLY DIFFERENT ANIMALS.
