RB20 Alternator

Ugh my friend just noticed a problem with my front clip...The alternator is fuked, supposedly he says it wont work. Does anyone happen to know if there is a interchangable part from like a Z32 or sumthing from the US that i can get at any shop, or will i have to import one..?

Post a pic of the alternator and we can look around. I have a few alternators from other cars laying around the shop I can try to match up.

take it to a shop that rebuilds alts most brushes are the same.

WHAT CAR ARE YOU PUTTING IT INTO? CAUSE I GOT MY KA24E ALTERNATOR TO FIT ON MY RB20. THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS ARE EXACTLY THE SAME ALSO.

Are u serious? im ganna be putting it into a 89 240. Glad to hear that, lets hope my KA alternator is 0k:pface
