RB20 Alternator Issue!

Hello, I am having a charging issue with my alternator on my rb20 swapped s13 240. At first I thought it was a bad alternator because it put out a low amount of amps according to napa, so I bought a refurbished alternator from rawbrokerage and put it on and took it back to napa to test the alternator and it came up as the same thing, it is putting out a low amount amps causing the system not to charge, this makes me believe it is a wiring issue... but I am completely lost on this and in need of some help or input...

Has anyone had this same problem or something similiar to it?
if so, what was the solution?

any thoughts and ideas are welcome.
