rb20 alternator belt! HELP!!!

My alternator belt snapped and im trying to replace it. I need to take the power steering belt off too for me to replace the first. my question is where is the tensioner bolt in order to do this???? ive tried searching but i cant find anything on this. If someone knows, please help!!!!

Also look at the bracket itself. Just about all of them use a lock nut and adjusting nut. there are only so many logical places these can be. Look at the pump itself/whatever bracket it's resting on.

the danm nut was hidden behind the pulley! got it done tho
