Hey! At the point in my build where im tackling the wiringwhile im waitin on the last of my parts.Well heres the problem...The harness my engine came with was a damn gongshowso i purchased a new fresh one.

My new harness only had the 6 wire plug...

The old mangled harness had both the 6 and 8 wire plugs attached to each other...although already cut.

Unfortunately the wiring colors are different from any writeupive found and these wires are the only ones i got yet to match up.

So heres my questions...why doesnt my new harness have this 8 wire plug? And can someone help me match these wire colors since i cant trace em back to the ecu cause the plug was cut already.

Every other wire is marked and waiting to be matched up but this has put me at a stall. Would really appreciate the help guys! Carl H hope your kickin around as im sure youve seen the many variations of the RB harness and can hopefully help me out!

Mine came cut too. But all of the wires are right after this plug. There are 3 smaller plugs after it, but it later comes out with all the wires you need to use.

ohhh i see. you only have the female side. The male side has all the correct colors for the wiring. If you need me to, i'll look at mine in the next couple days and match up which wire on the female side.

LOL sneaky devil musta snuck that in when i was replying the first time.Didnt even notice. No i got the male side tho. I got all the wires i need apparently. On the male plug theres these wires.

Black/White Stripe------- ECU memoryWhite/ Purple------------ Ignition RelayBlack/Red------------Main Ignition PowerGreen/Orange-------- Neutral Switch

Then 2 more unimportant ones. Then theres a few more that are kickin around random plugs in the harness like my fuel pump wire.Ganna tear into it tomorrow, i got everything taped and markedso just gotta match up the wires now!Am thinkin of puttin together a real write up of how to wire these beast.Just taping and marking everything alone really helps figure s*** out.
