I havent noticed alot of you guys changing the Belt, tensioner, water pump ect. For those of you who have what Tensioner did you use? what part #?

tensioner 13070-42L00 <~~~~~ I found out today that this # is not for the Rb20/25 motors. I think it's 53M something :( Almost there just need a helping hand.

Sorry, Yellow. I was going to change all of that when I got the motor but when I saw that it had new belts, new h20 pump, new silicone around the pump and thermostat housing and also new timing belt, I scored.

I know you can get pumps and belts but why do you need to change the tensioners? Does it wear out and how often do you need to change it?

Yeah it's a wear item, I'd just like to play it safe. Comin from a DSM that had a TBelt I learned better to change them at around 60k It could last to 120k but I'd like to play it safe. Nothing would piss me off more that have to pull the head of the motor I just got and found the pistons are gone lol.
