I've been talking to a fab shop about a cost effective turbo maifold for the RB20/25/26. It'll be made out of high quality, mandrel bent, equal length steel, external wastegate and have a T3 flange. I order for the shop to start to make them, they have to see if it'll be profitable for them to produce. If you are are one of many people that are like me that doesn't want the Ebay junk and doesn't have money for high $$$ manifolds, then post your comments here. I've givin the shop the link to this thread, so they will be watching. If there is enough people that'll buy one. Then they will make a prototype and I'll post pic's.

Id be interested depending on their craftsmanship and material used. Price range would be nice.

Fromwhat I've seen, they are top notch! They make a SR20 manifold that is great. They were talking about around $5-600 mark.

it can most definately be done for cheaper, more about 350ish, but the problem is there isnt that much demand for it, if there was i could have my friends shop pump out a ton of them.

i think you guys would get alot of demand, if you pumped out some prototypes and had them tested on your cars.

id throw down pretty fast if i knew you had a 350 dollar manifold thats been used for X amount of miles. also pics for sure.

in all truth, there isnt many rb guys running around, everyone is doing the SR swap. the RB's popularity is probably a 10th as much as the SR. if he made 10 manifolds and only sold 8 of them, he would be screwed. see what im saying?

First of all. You can make a manifold that will work on RB20/25 AND 26. The two ports that are different will need to have 4 bolt holes on it. Apexi did this as well as greddy. That means the manifold will work all RB motors. If they are made by copying the RB25 manifolds on ebay it should work with most setups. The only thing that should be changed is the runner for #6. It is too close to the firewall to clear a 3" DP. The other thing that should be done is have it setup for either a T3 or T4 turbine. And for the wastegate. That can be left off if wanted or have Tial/HKS/VBand or what ever flange put on it that you want. I will let my RB25 setup be used for what ever kinda of testing wanted of these manifolds.

I don't see a $350 dollar turbo manifold been made here. I'm in the same boat with my friend at protech. He said the same maybe $600ish but it wouldn't be stainless or equal length. A tubular manifold out of prob SCH40 not sure on what kinda of collector he would put on it tho maybe a merged if it wouldn't take too much time to make them.
