rb20 1 cylinder miss

ok so it rained hard one night and my hood was left open slghtly, i drove it in the morning and everything was fine until about third gear and 350 m away from my house.
the car died it killed the cam angle sensor and the computer. i replaced both but i think there still might be a wire shorted or somethig.
im running on 5 cylinders, it runs perfect on 5 the ecu shows no codes, the cylinder that is missing is closest to the cas. cylinder has spark, it has fuel, compession is perfect. i just cant figure it out
i have replaced ignitor/coil/plug/injector/cas(2)/ecu(2) checked all connections everything.
its a stock rb20 with a 3' fmic/bov.
