my second questions is that i am wiring up my haletech and some of it reintergreated back into the oem side of the harness before the patch harness, my question is that for my to intergrate my boost controller i would imagine i would use pin 25 L/Y Wastegate Valve Control Solenoid Valve, to replace the oem wastegate/ boost controller with my own wiring ?

Look at my RB25 to S14 wiring guide on RBforums. It includes the wiper wiring since I ended up throwing out my Skyline wiper box and had to use the 240 box. Hopefully it will clear some things up for you.
