Ok here's the deal I'm running in to tuning issues with my rb. I have decided that I need to go to a standalone set up. What would you guys suggest should I go with AEM EMS,APEXI power fc or nistune?

thanks

And did you find? Posts discussing ecu's for the RB are all over this site. At the time I hit post will be another thread, no more than about 25 threads down in the RB forums from this one, that is all about exactly what you are looking for. Before this thread was bumped twice, by you and myself, the thread I am talking about was only about 10 threads down from this one. I am not trying to be unkind to you, but I don't see the point of yet another thread of this type when you can find one on the first page of the RB forum, let alone probably 5 more threads that are filled with info on almost any aftermarket ecu you could possibly want for RB engines.

wait, you mean someone else has probably already asked this question...i thought i was the only one who ever wanted to upgrade my car!seriously, it takes much longer to post something in this forum and wait for a reply then typing in "stand alone rb25det" in google.

Again, I'm feeling really nice today so I'll avoid acting like a d!ck. Search. If you haven't found anything, you are searching wrong. This question is asked and answered like 3 times a week on here. It's more a matter of opinion and who can tune what in your area than anything else.

If you don't feel like investing the time to search properly, I won't invest much in answering your question. I'll just say go get a Power FC.

wow, a$$.....gee golly, i guess you put me in my place.

when you get responces like you did from use here from people, you might want to check and see if those people are correct before passing such harsh insults as "a$$". Maybe you should now go to google and actually search. then, after about 30 minutes, you'll come back on here and reply saying "wow guys, i never knew google existed, thanks for giving me some tough love and straitening me out" and we will accept your appology. deal? merry christmas to all, and to all a good night....err...mid-morning..
