rb steering rack help and RB engine in (YEAH)

Next we need help! Few questions....

The skyline crossmember bolted right into the studs on the 240 perfectly! The transmission bracket need to go down a notch (hard to explain) but we are wandering about the swapping of the 240sx steering rack back into the 240. We know we cannot use the skyline steering rack cuz its RHD so we need to know if the skyline power steering pump will work for the 240 steering rack. Also we cannot swap the 240 power steering pump into the skyline without modifying the brackets so we need to know if the skyline power steering pump can be "closed" for 2 of the inputs/outputs.

Also wiring...boy the wiring is next I will need help, Tony from OKC? help please....?

I looked at your pictures, good job. As for the pump, I understand(no experience though) that you have to weld up the 2 holes for the rear steering rack and you can use the 240 rack, just bolt it up to the skyline member.

When it comes to wiring, I will try to help but I did an RB25 so it may be a bit different. send me an email with your questions.

On you pictures it says that you want to use the skyline radio....it wont work, they use different frequencies over there. Sorry. Just want to save you the trouble if you listen to the radio.

YES THE 240SX RACK FITS ON THE R32/R33 X-MEMBER. THE FITTINGS ARE DIFFERENT BUT IF YOU HAVE BOTH SETS OF LINES YOU CAN SWAP THEM. THE PUMP CAN BE BLOCKED OFF FOR ONLY FRONT WHEEL STEERING. IN ORDER TO MODIFY THE PUMP YOU WILL NEED TO OPEN THE BACK PORTION AND REMOVE THE LITTLE METAL VEINS AND THEN SEAL IT ALL UP AND PLUG THE HOLE.

ACCORDING TO YOUR SITE YOU SAY YOU WANT TO SWAP CLUSTERS..... TO DO SO YOU NEED TO CLIP THE UPPER MOUNTING TABS AND THEN YOU NEED TO SHAVE THE ROOF OF THE DASH.

Actually I DID do the skyline radio swap and it worked! the thing is i got stations from 76-86FM and 560-1500AM lol! Im just using that as a temporary deck cuz my cd player got stolen over the summer.
