RB specialist searching

Is there any RB shop or specialist near Mobile, AL? Im having probs with my 25 series 1. Top Dead Center is like the only shop that does most imports but roughly having time getting my car to run properly right. NEED HELP been working on it like a yr now with this kind of problem.

custom carbon fiber titanium tip exhaust
megan racing downpipe i think
apexi intake filter
greddy style intake manifold
nismo fpr
front mount intercooler
battery relocated in the back
300zx fuel pump
replaced rb25 ecu
act clutch kit
greddy timing belt
fujii SPL power steering lines
replaced timing belt tensioner, idler pulley, and timing tensioner spring
oem water pump
nismo clutch pivot ball
z32 maf
my local tuner is having problems keeping it idle smooth. everytime i try to boost it,the car isnt producing power. It simply in limp mode i think. It boost late as heck. When i tried this few times running high rpm, the motor cuts off. He checked the timing, the air/fuel, tried to tune it several times, and change from rb25 maf, z32 maf, and q45 maf. He tried everything. At first on the dyno, it ran 90 hp then incrementally it steady increase hp but never reach to stock hp form. He took off the exhaust and made 243 hp but not running right. He tried everyone he knows to look into it but no answer. So I turn to nicoclub. My name is Mike. Heres my 251.623.9938. Please help me. that car has been sitting there in the local shop for over a year right now.

what kind of vaccum is it pulling at idle?

im not sure but i will tell you ASAP next week. I'll try to pull some info that is needed. He said the last 2 cylinders barely made the compress test.
