RB Sounds like a WRX

Recently my RB25DET has been acting up. It starts up fine, no problem there. Once the car has been driven for 10-15min it starts to sound like a WRX. It also shakes more than usually and has lost power. When I shift to the next gear it usually back fires at a low RPM. I checked my spark plugs and they are good, coils seem to be fine, and fuel pressure is at 43psi.

IDK what the problem could be. Has anyone experienced this problem before? Car was running fine and all of a sudden it started doing this. Help would be appreciated.

This is the one that looks the worse. It looks fine to me. Do you think it could be an injector?
