I didnt cut the low pressure wires but I did cut the high pressure wires on the tps to use to control my fans. So basically if the pressure is less than 300 psi in the system, the AC will turn on and so will the fans. That is the only reason those are cut. Otherwise that part of the system can remain untouched.

Well then, according to what you say,First, is might be my radiator. Second is my compressor, third is my triples switch or dier can go bad, and last is wire issue. I will follow each step and updrade it or fix. If it still doing the same thing than we'll find and other way right? Do you think I might go that round Darius? LMK thank

NEW UPDATE: The car drive perfectly fine with AC on in local street (60mph and below), but at highway fast speed about 60mph and above will heat up the motor badly. ALSO when AC are on, it seen that it DRAGGING the motor alot more than normal AC would do. I can feel it drag motor every single time when i press on the AC button EVEN at 80mph. Please help me to identify this problem please guys.

if its dragging your motor down that bad at high speeds and its overheating on the highway my guess would be the compressor is seizing and not spinng freely. im thinking at higher speeds the motor should be getting much more cool air then at lower speeds.

Not sure how bad it is dragging, but it takes some rediculous amount of HP to drive an A/C compressor... like 40hp or so.

It is likely overheating because you need to do some ducting work in the front to force the air through the radiator. Seal all the openings in the core support as well. You will be surprised how much this helps.

New UPDATE: I just test it out the AC again at high and low speed. I realize that at low speed, it take litttle longer, but it still heat up the motor.

Make sure you're running an under tray too. This will definitely help the airflow through the radiator and FMIC.. See articlehttp://www.autospeed.com/cms/A_2160/article.html

Have you replaced the radiator yet?
