Its very very easy, just take off the powersteering pump. Take off the back of the pump (4 bolts I think). Once you have the back of the pump off you can see the little metal fins, just remove the fins, ALL of them. They slide right out. Then put the back, back on. With the rear banjo bolt some people block the hole on the banjo bolt using JB weld (i think). Instead of using JB weld, I took the banjo bolt to a local place that sell nuts and bolts and had them find me something that was the same size and matched the threads. The bolt I bought was to long so I had to cut it to length using a dremel.

If I left something out Im sure someone will fill in the missing info, but I believe I didnt leave anything out.

ThanksDanny

You can easily tap the output to 3/8 npt while you have the back of the housing off. This allows you to install a commonly available 3/8" pipe plug and voila!

I just took out the factory bolt and welded it shut then put it back on. I ground the end clean and repainted it black you cant even tell it had hycas. Like he said just take the back section off the pump and remove all the fins. Then rebolt it together. You should not need any new seals as it is O ringed to seal and that should seal again. Good luck

or just use an m16 bolt to plug it, commonly found on oilpans.

Just make sure the M16 bolt stays tight if yuo go that route, mine started leaking and need the copper washer and a locking washer to stay sealed and tight.
