hey every one, ive been curious latley about different oils yall use in your RBs, I used to run 10w-40 non synthetic, then switched to rotell 15w-40 when it got hot out, im using then stock liquid to liquid 26 oil cooler then a 1qt oil filter then into a 12x12 oil cooler from bnm. any one wanna have some input or comments on the oil type used and what kind of motor your running it in! thanks allot!

im talking the weight, i was thinking that since i was running a thicker oil (15w-40) that this was the reason why i was trapping oil up in the head during high rpm pulls,

I run 10w30 all year with no problems. Would the Oil Cooler be causing the Oil to not get hot enough to be at proper operating temps?

hmm ok, another question would be by runnign a thicker oil do u think that would raise the possibility of oil being trapped in the (cant drain back into the bottomend fast enough) that i would need to do a gt return mod? itd be easy as hell to do for the oil return back into the pan from the head because im only using the front stock turbo return port, the rear ones just blocked off due to running a single turbo

I think I'm having that problem right now, so ... yes? Maybe? Hard to say.
