what mods do you have?

if you dont have a turbo upgrade, theres no point getting a new MAF

and replacing the MAF requires a full tune. do you have a standalone?

I maxed my rb25 maf out at 280whp, that was on stock turbo at 9psi.I upgraded to a Z32 maf, google 'nissan MAF wiring' pretty sure I found the info on JWT's site

I am running 12.5 psi and I still don't think I've maxed my stock MAF out. I guess I'm not totally sure, but tuning on the street has not been an issue so I haven't kept a close eye on it.

well he has aftermarket everything like internals and he says that he has 300 hp. And wants to know that when he does change his maf what is the best choice in reliability and performance....

Well I'm going to assume that he will stick with a Nissan OEM MAF sensor so there are limited options. The best for his application would likely be the Z32 since it has the highest resolution of the larger MAF sensors. You need to have a way to calibrate the ECU to the new MAF input voltage. i.e. a Q45 MAF at 5.0V will be flowing a hell of a lot more air than the stock RB25 MAF at 5.0V.
