not much, in fact, i only saw 1 rb26 and 1 rb25. i'm pretty sure i missed some cars though, please post if you have any good pics!

and now on with the engine pr0n:

only R34 i saw there, but stunning.

so clean i would have happily eaten off of it. insane wire tuck job.

and then there was this...

not RB, but impressive all the same.

all in all, not happy with where carlisle is going. half the show field was empty, the ferraris and skylines of years past were no where to be found. so not much to make up for the constant stream of chubby skanks, drunken hicks and $4 water. hopefully i'll be going to MIR this weekend.

Very nice cars you posted.

That Rb26 was CLEAN!! I liked the full engine cage.

yes, i stopped by the giant nico tent, and not trying to be an *** or anything but i was not impressed at all. i was there on saturday, walking around there at 4pm, and saw about 20 cars in the area, not even all nissans. i was expecting a lot more i guess. i was pretty let down by the general lack of nissan luv i saw there. there were a couple very nice, clean 240's but nothing really great. a sweet blue S13 was driving out as we were walking in, wish i could've got a better look at that.

and please, that auto cross "drift track" they set up out of what looks like an old lady walking path is not even worth stopping for.

with a motor that clean and car that nice you think they would spend alittle more change for a nice performance radiator rather than a stock, stock= boop,,,

What I noticed right away was that crappy hose clamp for the radiator inlet, they at least could of used the correct size clamp,

Apparently someone's afraid to drive.

Or can't.

Interesting that some seasoned drifters (and a few pros) really liked it, and several experienced autocrossers said it was "challenging" and "well set up".

But what do they know?

My buddy and i drove through to see how the turnout was, it looked nearly abandoned on saturday, street were empty. We didn't bother going in, looked like it would have been a waste of money but i cant say for sure though, i guess. It'll never be the same as the custom compact nationals a few years back.

The show has been going downhill. We didnt even bring any RB cars out this year because we were afraid of that, and sadly it seemed like we made the right call. There was something going on in NJ the same weekend that one of my guys took a car to, I should be getting the details and the pics in the next day or 2. Hopefully that wasnt a bust too. That R34 was there last year too, but with different paint this year (I liked last years much better) and I believe it is owned by the editor of one of the import magazines. We briefly talked to him, he was a really nice guy, even took the hood back off so we could grab a few more pics of the engine bay with good lighting. Really cool cage, I dont know who did it, but its a sweet design thats for sure.As for the course, AZ- isnt that kind of harsh???? Its her opinion right? I mean wow, that response seemed a little defensive.

Nah, I think it was a spot-on response to someone who talks smack about the hard work we did.

Her "opinion" wasn't shared by the line of people who enjoyed the track for 3 straight days.
