I have a 97 nissan truck, and have been planning to put an SR in it because I really didn't think the RB would fit. Now I may just have to go RB

Just make your 240 into a truck. There you go. Im making my s13 into a silvia k's truck this winter. Think of how light it will without the rear hatch, back seat, and the rear side windows. It should lose 500 lbs. 2 seater 240sx = pimp in my minds, F the back seat. I saw a 95 arowstar van the other month that somone made into a flat bed and made it a 2 seater. Car companys can legaly come out with so many 2 seaters a year then they get charged 2k more for the cars that exede that limit thats why lots of cars have useless back seats.

it has more to do with insurance than limitations to 2 seaters per year. Trucks would fall under the 2 seater ruel in that case.

sweet lawd---that is one awesome truck.

that is exactly the thing i'm going to do next. i love those nissan hardbody (pickup)....it comes w/ a sohc KA, so is the s13, i don't see why it won't fit a RB in there.

The reason I didn't think it would fit is that you don't have all the room in the front for a FMIC and pusher fans like you do with the 240. most of what I had read about swapping in the SR in required some denting, so I figured the RB would be really bad. Looks like I was wrong. I love my Hardbody truck, but I wouldn't complain about having an RB in it

That is a truck not a 2 seat car. I will be more than happy to give you the # to our new car manager at the dealership that I work at you can argue with him all day long about it. Not that I care. That is just what he told me when I asked why the Jag xk8 had a worthless back seat. He has sold cars for 20+ years. I would assume he is right.

This is a frontier, not a hardbody. Thw hardbody has a few things in different spots and the engine bay is way cshorter, so I doubt it would fit.
