rb in a nissan pickup?

I know that this is probably the wrong place to put this thread, but people here seem to know more about the RB engines than any of the other sections of the forum. I have done a search and haven't found any information. Does anyone know if the rb20 or rb25 will "easily" fit in a US nissan pickup(early 90's edition). I know that an sr20det has been done but as anyone heard of an rb conversion? Any thoughts?

Never heard of anyone doing that, but an RB26DETT, with the AWD system might be pretty badass

if you get the GT-R crossmember with the engine you could do it. I am sure you are looking at reengineering the front suspension for the GT-R style upper and lower control arms, don't the trucks use torsion bars?

First the truck has a welded in engine crossmember!! and the Right engine mount on a truck KA is different than a 240SX. IT can be done but would require you to build the mounts/adapters and a new rear crossmember, drive shaft and A LOT or wiring changes as the truck a LOOP system (wiring is a continous loop) and would have to cut out the dash wiring and make a harness adapter to run the dash..

also it would vbe a very tight fit lenght wise a person in australia has done it but couldnot get is legalised due to saftey issues and he shelved the projectmeggala

I don't have any examples for you but I'm sure it can be done. I know that there have been SR20DET swaps done on nissan pick ups. The GTR engine in a pick up would certainly make for one bad @$$ sleeper. I was actually just thinking of that myself about a week ago.
