I'm having problems with the Rb25 not starting. It'll will crank over and fire up for a few sec. and then dies. Then I can't started it again for a few hours. Flooded out??? I checked the CAS, igniter, Ignition coils, spark plugs and fuel pump. They're all good. Also it chokes right out when I try to lightly throttle it.

As weird as it sounds the problem could be from a leak or hole in your stock intercooler, I forgot y but someone will hopefully. Well I tried!

The Rb still won't start. I tried everything, the I/C piping checked out, fuel lines, fuel pressure, changed plugs, check the CAS and ignitor. I even changed the fuel regulator. The enigne has a rumbling sound like it's going start, but just don't catch. I tried some "quick start" fluid and it fired right up, then dies the when the "quick start" fluid is burnt out. Bad fuel??

Sounds 100% exactly the problem my installer has. Pull all of your spark plugs, set them to ground and make sure all of them spark. If your desperate pull the whole fuel rail off and make sure all the injectors are firing. If you are getting fuel and spark I would think it's a bad CAS. Do you have r33 manual from JPNZ?

I did that before and they all spark. No I don't have the FSM for the R33. I'm going to try testing the resistants on the injectors and see what I get.

Did you double check all your sensor connections? MAFS perhaps... well, it would start... um...oil? Compression? I dunno. I'll stop making a fool of myself now.

That sounds like your MAFS. Get a Z32 or a Q45.:ylsuper

When checking the timing on the cams, what am I looking for?? I see there's a dot on each cam and a white line. Are they TDC and BDC?? Should they both line up at the same time? Thanks for your help and advices.

The marks are TDC but there is a mark on the crack at about five o'clock that lines up on a notch the oil pump. When all the marks line up you are good.
