Are you talking about the dash temp sensor (single wire)? If so, get one from a KA.. they are the same.

If you are talking about the ECU temp sensor (two wire)... good luck! I had to get one from Japan. I found an ebayer willing to find one for me and ship it. Pretty cool guy. I can get you his email addy if you want.

I'm talking about the temp sensor for the ECU. I using one from a KA but my motor is running pretty bonkers right now. Not so sure it's working.

yeah... if it's the two wire one... I spent about a month trying to find a replacement from a USDM vehicle... never did. I had to get one from a guy in Japan.

Could this be part of the reason that my car idles so crazy? It sounds like it's at 3000 RPM! Sorry to be so off topic.

with the rb20 it can be one of 2 sensors, it can be the sensor used on the 90-93 300zx's or the 94-96 300zx.......just depends on the plug.i run a z32 one no problems.

Sounds like a TPS problem and you have posted a thread about that.

Sorry to bring it up again but I wanted to let everyone know that the part numbers for the coolant temp sensor is the SAME for the 240sx and the 300zx. I went to the local Pep Boys and took the sensor for the VG out of the box, same plug as the KA as well. Just letting you know.

Eh? -- I think you're confusing me with someone else, if you were talking to me at all!
