going to be custom all the way...why not put an sr in there, would suit the chassis better than an rb.

I would do a SR if I were you.More power potential than you would ever need.

Or you could go with a Beams motor.I believe its a Aluminum 3sGE motor. But don't take my word on it.

I've seen 7m and 2J Corolla's but not a fan.

just drop a damn 3gste in it

not a 7m. damn 7ms

a 3s would not be hard, a 20v would be cheapest and easiest

If you want to use the car for straight line speed....

http://jp.youtube.com/watch?v=rUesfZd8sK4

I have an SR5 that i run at the track, with less than 80 hp at the local circuit. If i were you, and im planning on this later, get an F20C from an S2000 and you'd have the perfect track car after suspension is done.

Also, the car would handle like garbage and be near un-drivable for cornering with a large inline 6 up front, not to mention the **** load of cooling issues you'd have.

did you say budget and rb26 in the same sentence? You think a 2jz is more than the 26?... You are in for a suprise!

Good luck with whatever route you go
