You have an RB25DE in an altima? Your altima came with a KA24DE transversly mounted 4 cylinder from the factory. The RB is a rwd engine and an inline 6 to boot which means you have a hell of an Altima.

Wikipedia Shows this engine was used in the Nissan Skyline, sold outside the US. Could you find a exhaust manifold and Turbo charger from a RB 25 DET, the turbo version of this V-6 engine?

hmmm i dont know, but i guess US have a different version of Altima maybe known for you as Cefiro a31 which comes with RB24s the one that i have and yes RB25DE and RB25DET engines are easily mounted without any modification on the engine base
but hell i made a mistake when i bought the RB25DE :( now i would love to boost its power to 300HP if its possible any ideas

Laurel altimas were sold outside the us, but are relatives of the Bluebird sold in the US as a 300ZX coupe with a rear wheel drive VG30DE and the Skyline based 2002 Infinity G 35 with RWD QR35DE. Both had v6 instead of inline 6 engines.
Are you in the US? If not, you might be able to add skyline or bluebird parts to your car. You might be able to find more help with a US based fabricator in the Nissan Z forum on nico club, or you could install universal fit parts to supercharge, or turbocharged your car. If you are up to the work, you might be able to make a new exhaust manifold to install a turbo if you want to go that way.
Unfortunately, I have never seen a inline 6 Nissan here in the US, so I do not have any experience to give you. I will try to post this in another forum and see how the response is.

We've got a reply on the engine forum thread!

Sounds like u need to just bolt it up tap oil pan for oil return, run a braided line to feed the turbo from a oil psi source. Get turbo injectors and blow up the motor after you get into to boost for the 1st time.

This writer seems to agree with Wikipedia in saying the 1998+ neo engine is better than an older style rb25det. It is still all about price. if you can make do with lighter boost levels (under 10 psi), just add a turbo to your existing non-turbo engine. If you need a lot more than that, you might need to swap the engine.

Standard checklist for no-starts:
Check spark or ignition timingwith a timing light, check for fuel pressure from the pump-do you hearit? And check for airflow sesors that might be disconnected or vacuum leaks.
My no starts always lead me to some wire somewhere I forgot to plug in!
One more thing: does the engine crank when you turn the key?
