RB 25/26 question and neo rbs... look

Alright I got a hold of a RB25 Series 1 longblock w/ a blown head... would a Series 2 head work on a RB25?

Also, would a NEO RB25 head be compatiable with the Series 1 wiring harness and not come into any issues?
