Here is a teaser shot of what is to come, as some may have heard in other threads.

Just keeping it to a rendering of one of the pieces for the time being

...I'll skip all the boring talk

just the first part of the manifold. BTW, we are shooting to eliminate every OEM part on the intake side

Ricky, is this manifold designed using flow analysis software (or whatever its called?)

Or is this another crapshoot bling manifold.

Not to sound like a jerk, but I would be willing to spend more if it had actual flow testing done.. or modeling at the very least.

Evan

Looks good though so far.

Yes it'll be tested and has ran through the appropraite design process to optimise fuel mixture, flow, yada yada.

I personally am not in charge of the physics of the design and manufacturing, however we did elect some manufacturers that are well knowledgable in building intake manifolds to take the design and attributes we wanted/needed to the board.

as well we hope the manifold doesn't lack any of the Bling

to tell you the truth it could very well be considered RBBA material

You guys should make an adapter plate for the rb26 manifold to fit on the rb20 so us little guys can have itb's too

The manifolds as seen above are built in sections, allowing upgrading, and best of all, interchangability between motors by swapping out that piece shown in the rendering. RB20 guys are in as well

Yeah, I could care less about bling. However I am a cheapskate and I pop my hood for noone.

As long as its been properly tested, your golden IMO. That was my main complaint about the greddy. The price tag didn't reflect what I felt may have been a flow distribution issue. Nobody had any flow data.

Yea I hear you, and totally agree. Hopefully, we'll get flow data with a stock, greddy, ours, and perhaps get a knock off greddy for the sake of testing them all. But as one can imagin the time, cost, and resources needed for such a deal, we'll see.

I'll repeat, Quality alternative, not price alternative. The Greddy and ours will be comparing apples and oranges in the end.

I believe the bling factor comes from the use of no cast aluminum. Billet and CNC pieces usually sends off the needed esthetics.

You don't have to prove the greddy flows like poop, or the janky knockoff. Just prove yours is worth the coin.

Best of luck man!

Well its good too compare Stock vs Greddy vs Freddy.Because thats a great selling point if you have better flow, AND can prove it.

Because if he gave me # I would have no idea what it meant if i had nothing to compare to.

no eta, and the price is TBD... but at $900 is a Greddy level manifold, which this will not be.

So this is going to be more like Rips price territory?

It'll be a staged setup, upgradable components which will price itself with its features. Comparing a setup similar to rips, i believe pricing will be similar.

Nope. Did away with the cast lower manifold. Eliminating OEM parts. And the need to worry about tooling the casting down on the aluminum.

The piece I originally posted is cut on the CNC.
