Rattling sound

Hello everybody new to the forum my 2006 Pathfinder is making a rattling sound I think it might be the exhaust -- does anybody have any idea as to what it might be or has anyone had this happened to their car?

It only makes it in drive and when it shifts, but it doesn't seem to be the transmission.

It *could* be a heat shield on the exhaust. I've had this happen with my last two Nissans. I usually just crawl under and tear them off.
