rattling noise from motor at idle and speed

when i first start up the car its fine and then i drive it for a lil while and i can hear it inside the motor when im accelerating or in neutral coasting..and i can really hear it when i park after i drive it it rattles quite loud and is a metal to metal type of sound...any suggestions...the person i baought it from said they had just replaced the timing chain guides and stuff but idk if it could still be the guides that broke or something..i really do not know..and to check this..what will i have to do? just pull off the valve cover and check? thanks alot guys

exhaust rattle?

no its not an exhaust rattle..i think its the timing chain..the timing is deff off i think...i cut up the bottom of the airbox to allow more air and after i did that i drove it downtown and back to my house and when i got back it rattled like a mofo...i think it through the timing off..should i take it to a shop or what?

well, since I can't hear the sound for u... & u didin't really localize it--timing cover? valve train?

then I should get some1 w/ a trained ear to listen...

don't wait for the timing chain rattle of death!

how long ago was that timing chain guide replacement? have a receipt? hopefully it's w/in the warranty period so u/him can take it back to the shop that did it... GL!

it was just outta oil...check iot like 2 days prior and it was full and when check it again and it was empty , not even reading on the dipstick but the oil light wasn't on.so i filled er up and its all good now
