Rattling in neutral

I went to the dealer for a rattling in my exhaust which they replaced, but did not remedy the sound that's coming from the transmission. It rattles loud on a cold start. The sound comes and goes. You can also hear it when you lightly rev, it rattles at the end. Anyone having this problem. The dealer says it's normal. I don't think a 40k car should rattle at all.

No rattles from my exhaust. If it's still happening after they replaced it, could it be the mounts?

I notice a rattle after a cold start, too. It sounds like it's coming from the rear of the vehicle.
