Rattling and Stuff...

Well, there's a rattling noise coming from the downpipe area. The metal plate that's attached seems kinda loose, I'm going to take it to a shop and get it removed/secured.

It only really seems to happen at idle (700-800RPMS) and when decelerating.

Just wondering if it could be anything else.

yeah, those are the heatshields, when they get old they will rattle around, and unless you park over alot of tall dead grass you dont really need them. like you said, the best thing is to remove them
