Rattle me this ?

I have a noise coming from my motor it is a rattling noise and it only happens after the car warms up seems to be coming from the head .

sounds like a lifter tick.. probably need to bleed your lifters..

I dont know if it is a lifter the noise sounds like a rattleling noise not something a noisey lifter would do. Has anybody ever had a timing chain rattle .
