Rattle Inside of Liftgate

Hello,

I leased a new 2015 Rogue SV AWD. I've noticed from the start there was a intermittent rattle from the back end. I took everything out of the cargo area which led me to locating the rattle.

If I sit inside the cargo area and press on the plastic trim on the inside of the liftgate there is a small squeek/ rattle noise. It is louder when the car is in motion and hits a bump.

Any experiences with this and a possible quick fix? The car is a lease so I want to be careful of spraying foam or anything else that might damage the car, etc..

I have the same rattle in my '14. I sat in the back while my wife drove me around. If I pushed outward on the liftgate it stopped. It went away when it was really cold here, but now that it closer to freezing, it's back. I'll ask the dealer next time I take it in.
