Rattle in window area?

Shades of my previous vehicle, the Murano, I now have an annoying rattle in my new Versa. Sounds as though it's up toward the front of the window. I can make it stop if I slip my hand in the space in between the end of the dash and the front of the driver's side door. Anyone else notice this? Any ideas?

Also, there is a noticeable difference in the gap between the hood and the body on one side as compared to the other, and at the bottom of the driver's door versus the top of the door. I was going to see if this was something that could be adjusted when I took it in around 3,000 miles. Is this the kind of thing that can be adjusted by the dealer?

wonder if somehow the frame could've been bent during transport 2 the dealer. It's not a common thing 2 happen i think,but i've heard of it happening though.
