rattle in automatic transmission

well i have a 94 V6 hardbody with a 4spd automatic transmission w/ overdrive.

now more than ever i notice this chatter/rattle when its idleing and shifting at higher rpms. i have no idea what it could possibly be

any ideas?

are you SURE its in the transmission? very common to have exhaust heat shield rattles.
