Shift Knobs-I would say that the manual shifter and the automatic gear selectors are different. Typically the shift knobs that you referenced are for manual shifters. These knobs unscrew the shifter at the top. Before you buy, I would take apart your gear selector to make sure the knob can just screw on the top.
HID-If you stick with the OEM system, it will be expensive. It will include buying the headlamp assemblies, wiring harnesses and all the lighting components. It has to be expensive, but should just bolt right in. Even though the aftermarket kits are cheaper, you run the risk of them not mounting correctly and having to fabricate or modify your car to mount up. I would tend to trust the OEM parts because they are tested and made to last.
