I'll play. These numbers have a large "you never get back what you paid" factor in them.

$ 8500 - 1997 S14 assuming under 150k miles w/ SR in good running condition
+$ 2500 - Engine upgrades
+$ 2500 - Brakes / Susp (not a fan of JIC they leak frequently so no $ credit for those)
+$ 500 - Wheels & tires
+$ 500 - interior (if not stripped)
+$ 3500 - S15 / widebody conversion & paint if done really well
------------------
$18,000 total

So, I'll offer you $6000 >> > just kidding, lowballers suck.

Sounds nice, post some pictures.

If the condition of everything is good. I'd probably pay upwards of 9 or 10 grand after an extensive test drive/inspection.

more then 10k,and if its in really good condition somewhere close to 15 (meaning its tuned PROPERLY, runs flawlessly and works with zero problems). On ebay I bet it'd go for like 20. For a car like that, it honestly depends on the buyer and how much they value a car that is completely aftermarket... sure the parts and labor for a car like this may be really expensive, but a car that is so specific like that can be hard to price because sometimes people value certain OEM parts above aftermarket ones. But then again, people in the market for an already built car probably have enough money to throw around at a giant project like that anyway and would be willing to spend a premium.
