i wanted to get teh pieces of pipe myself from a muffler shop (8 x 1.75" U bends with as tight a bend as possible), cut them and tape them together, take it to a muffler shop and let tyhem weld it up for about $20 (labour here is rediculously cheap, i payed $200 US to get an engine installed once

i know someone who has one of those fancy pipe saws that cut through 304 stainless like butta..
