So I ahve a set of Greddy RASs but even being able to read japanese, these instructions dont really tell me anything about the install. I know where they go and that I have to take off the outer cam shaft bolts on both sides to put them on. My question is, can you just take off the outer bolts for the camshafts and retorque them with after putting the RAS in? Do I need to loosen the timing chain tensioner before loosening the camshaft bolts?

Any help from anyone who has experience would be appreciated

you have to loosen the caps as if you were removing the cams, and put the RAS in place upon re-assembly. Nissan designated a proper removal order for a reason, being because the camshafts are hardened and thus very brittle, so if any uneven force is exerted on them they are liable to go *bink!* and snap as if they were glass.

I bought RAS too but when I got the VC off and was lookin at it, i thought to myself: "stock rev limit? stock cams?" and didnt put them on. Ill keep mine around if I ever get aftermarket cams.
