RAS, cams, valves

What are the "typical" gains to be expected from installing the RAS, Toda Cams, and Toda Valves?( I know it depends on the applications, so lets say stock SR20, with exhaust, downpipe and IC and other odds and ends)

RAS - 0

Valves - Toda doesn't make valves (at least not that I can see)...they make valve springs and they will give you 0

cams - depends on cam, mods, and tuning...anywhere from negative power to 30+hp

yea i meant the valve springs, they are on Phase2motortrend
