Rare body parts

So as some may notice from my posts, I take really good care of my car, though it's an old cheap piece of junk.

I've been in a small car accident with some insignificant but very noticeable body damage.

Fender, bumper, and two doors must be fixed and painted.

All body shops (including my friend's) keep saying her buddy it's not worth it plus the color difference will be very noticeable.
But I still wanna fix my "old lady"

So after some research I figured it's gonna be much easier, cheaper and faster to just buy used parts from junk yards.

But here's another problem. I can't find parts in this color. Tried ebay, craigslist, local junk yards, google. Just can't find the color.

Any idea where to find spare body parts for R50 02 in burglary (dark red, dark cherry or whatever you call it) color?

You might have better luck with the paint code.

However, that's not a common color (which makes me like it).

Which bumper, which fender, which doors? There's folks here that haunt the pick and pulls.

You may have some luck on car-part.com, but you can have variance in factory original paint as well - different plants, different production dates will not necessarily exactly match.

The high end Bimmer / Mercedes shops often do good matching, but you pay up for it.

Found some parts in color needed, but the price is still way more than expected. Gonna keep looking...
