here is my ultra rare jdm s14 kouki cluster with hud unit, i've never seen or heard of another one...

Too bad you dont have the windshield with the tinted square for the hud to go with it however how useless it would be in your left hand drive like most of us are.

I dont understand , is my digital speedo that shines on the winshield rare? cause i have all this and it works on my 92 trunk model. It is the original window with the mirror tint sticker also. I'm new, please dont hurt me!

Well in a sense it is kinda of rare what you have. I take it your 240sx is an S13 89-94? Those years had it as a factory option here in the US. But what we were talking about was for the S14 body stlye which was never available in the US. And from my understanding its F'n rare in Japan as well. They are right hand drive over there as well so thier tint is on the oposite side of ours. Hence my joke about having the windshield too. Hope that clears it up for ya.

Good call, I believe they are rare, cause i have them all, not everyone else. got mine from an older couple around their late forties, and my car came with the sunroof and its cover, also in the back under the carpet lies the never used shinny car jacks and those orange thingy, and i gave away my two front seats in perfect contion, cause i upgraded the seats to s14 Blk leather...

Are these considered rare?, Non-smokers boxes i thought were pretty common on RHD cars. i.e My dads S.A 200sx came with a non smokers box, and when we went to the work shop almost every other sx had coin boxes "tswhat we called them" These boxes are really really annoying to smokers back home, a common mod is actually converting the box to a regular ash tray.

Considering they only made 50 270R's, that indeed is rare Aero. Wish i could find one. Im happy with my Navan though

Well Nali, I guess it depends where you come from originally. I personally have never seen one of these for the S13 before, that's why I said I 'think' it is rare. It ay very well be a super common item in other countries.

You'd probably need to cut a hole in the top of the dash... and I dont know how the alignment of the unit would work.

But I don't think there were any left hand drive 240's (s13 or s14) that had any sort of HUD.

I have a working original H.U.D. left hand drive, non hicas coupe that has an uncracked black dash, I have the map light, the owners manual and the pink manual and the unique cloth seats that are pinstriped like

No, not the privacy cover. The nylon straps that bolt in on each side of the back and come up thru the carpet, for tying stuff down. I have one blue and one black set, those are the only ones I've ever seen.

Where I live a 240 itself is rare, but a running, semi reliable and uncrashed or egay-ed out 240 is basically the holy grail.
