Thanks both of you for your kind comments, Yes she is in prestine condition, I do drive it around the block once every month just to keep the oils circulating and then its back in the shed, up on the stands and thats where it sits. I also have other datsun cars in my collection. I have a 1976 Datsun 260C in near perfect condition. 2 X 1977 Datsun 120Y (Sunny) coupes. And a 1976 Datsun 260Z 2+2 with only 109,000 klms. I will put up pics of them soon as I don't have them available at present.

I think you need to ship it to me... It'd look good in my collection, and I'd drive it a lot more!

I have one just like it!

do anybody know if the L-series Straight Six fits directly on this car?I was thinking of swapping the J20 engine for a 260Z L26 engine

I would love to see what it looks like. The engine and gearbox is different, the L26 motor will not bolt up to the current gearbox. However you realise my doing so takes away the originality of your car and also totally ruins its real value. Mine is currently valued at around the $35,000.Kind regardsGary

the L26 was just an idea!I`m going with the original look! Since there is not many off these around today.I have alot to do before it`s in good shape.Just have to fix the clutch Slave Cylinder and get it started, then it will be drivable.

btw, any ideas on why my fuel pump dosent get any fuel? The pump works but no fuel!? it`s winter here and I think that the Fuel lines are frozen.
