Randomly just my Passenger windows would stop working

SO ever so often, at least once a month my passenger windows stop working, yet the driver side works just fine. the malfunction would last for an hour or two then work perfectly afterwards... i doubt its the motor going for all 3 windows at the same time. could it be a fuse issue?
